Love better then bouillon. Kind of addictive. Just made some soupy noodles. With veggies. lol. Been cooking out of my pantry lately. Great recipes. They all look so good. Love that kind of rice. About the only kind I use. Nothing like Chicken and rice.

The pre minced garlic is the BEST! I have ADHD and Autism and itโ€™s one of my keys to make cooking more โ€œneurodivergent friendly.โ€

I never comment but, speaking of being โ€œND Friendly,โ€ I wanted to sincerely thank you. I am genuinely so glad I found your channel. A few months ago, I barely cooked for myself because my brain always treated cooking like some big theatrical event that took lots of time and energy. Your videos have helped me simplify things a bit and have given me great ideas to make things a little less theatrical and a lot more realistic!

You should try out a โ€œsemi homemadeโ€ challenge using things like microwave rice/pasta instead of the regular stuff, pre-prepared meat (e.g. rotisserie chicken), carton of egg substitute, frozen produce/meat, etc. i think itโ€™d be really interesting! I know you incorporate some of this into your cooking already but Iโ€™m talking about every step being like this ๐Ÿ˜‰ (I call them โ€œSandra Leeโ€ meals after her semi-homemade show lol)
