Try keeping your tortillas wrapped up in a brown paper bag, I started doing that and they last a long time.

I'm have diabetes and I buy LA Banderita carb counter tortillas. They are soft and fluffy and tastes good. I also use them for sandwiches as I try to keep my carb intake down.

Hey Mel. All of these recipes look Delicious! Think I'm going to make all of them. Living in South Texas it gets so Hot and Muggy so I use my Crockpot Alot. Turning on the Oven just makes it unbearable! Thanks for Sharing and I'll be watching you again next week!❤

I had to laugh at your daughter’s request to avoid black beans and corn. Mine hates tomatoes. So when she’s around, I always leave them out even tho I love them. ❤ that’s what moms do, I guess. 😂

If you make the Tuscan Chicken a lot you could mix the spices together and have them in a jar just for that. And it would save you having to get out all the different Bottles.😊

The layered chicken enchilada dish looks really good. I feel the same about mayonnaise and sour cream as your daughter does about corn and black beans. The lasagna soup looks like a winner. I think I'll be trying it.

Anyone ever used cottage cheese for your lasagna soup? My family isnt fond of the ricotta texture, so i make a redneck version of lasagna and replace the ricotta with cottage cheese 😂 So i am curious if it would be good with the soup.
