    Wow I feel called out. Since I was a kid I love eating dry oatmeal as chips. I can go through a whole container in a few hours. Now that I'm older it started catching up with me. I figured it's healthy I'll be fine. Nope! I'll start portioning it! So happy I found you 2! I've failed so many diets but this method helps since I'm still eating what I love with low calories!

    Just curious how many calories a day you ate. If I don’t keep track I eat smaller portions but maybe more often. Just wondering if you had a limit of calories per day. Thank you.

    One thing that I find helps me, especially if I want a snack. Put the chips, pop corn or whatever in a small bowl. If I want cookies, I take 2 or 3 cookies out of the bag and that's it. I agree with you about mindless eating.

    I have a serious question… I have been conformed of having empizema and I'm only 50 years old.. I gained weight after my dad passed in 2017 with caused me to have anxiety and now this and I received a cpap machine today …what can I do to go back how I was before my dad passed ? I was 140 now I'm 150 with all this health issues..I quit smoking during the shutdown..I only eat 1 meal a day because of cost of food here in pa but I'm gaining and I'm scared

    Hi Nicole and Kyle thank you so much for the tips especially portioning out the food if you are going to read or watch TV while eating it, I enjoy sometimes eating a snack while watching TV so I often portion out a fruit like strawberries or grapes but i will eat something more calorie dense at the table : ) <3

    Hello Nicole and Kyle. Great tips. I need to look at serving size and carbohydrate to keep my healthy weight. I made 2 changes this year 2022 I am using Splenda instead of regular sugar and Diet Soda. Cherry Coke is my favorite. Thank You. Blessings.🥰🌺
