Love this- thank you for sharing! Would you consider doing a video sharing recipes or ideas of what you eat when youโ€™re trying to lose weight? I remember you mentioning you plan your meals and snacks. As I have more children I struggle with taking care of myself well in that area. Your videos are always so encouraging and uplifting. Thank you โค

Chuck Roast, the grown-up version (I guess when the kids get bigger) is to add Italian seasoning when you sprinkle the black pepper and salt on the meat, and rub it then sear the meat on both sides on a pan until it turns brown (with some high heat oil such as avocado oil). Then on the pot cut 1 yellow onion flat to lay at bottom of the pot (do not use more than 1 layer of onion at the bottom of the pot, onion 3/8 thick, cut like onion ring but don't break them apart). But before sear the meat fry 4 cloves of garlic and put those garlic on top of the onion (smash the garlic in a zip bag so you don't have to clean). Now put the seared chuck roast on top of the onion/ garlic. Add 1 cup of carrot (baby carrot size) on the edge of around the meat and the same for celery, 1 and 1/2 cup of celery same size as baby carrot. Add 3 cups of potatoes golf ball size (or add until the pot is full with the lid close, potatoes can be on top of everything). But before the potatoes add 1/3 cup of red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon), and 1 can of chicken broth. Cook on high for 4 hours. Server with French bread. (Add salt to taste if needed when serving). The red wine, Italian seasoning and the seared will bring out some flavor. A little bit of garlic, carrot, celery, onion also make the house smell really good. Thanks for sharing your recipes!

Heather quick question and I know itโ€™s not related but do you do your hair color yourself? You mentioned youโ€™re good about saving money, is there a good over the counter brand?? Iโ€™m getting a lot of gray hairs lately and want to try doing my hair myself!

Iโ€™m a patient of Saint Paul VI institute in Omaha, Nebraska. I was there for 2 surgeries with them this summer for endometriosis. They started me on an ant inflammatory diet of no sugar, no dairy, and no gluten. The last recipe I will most definitely make for my husband and I, thank you! I found Primal Kitchen, too, itโ€™s the best! I think I can also improvise the sugar too with substituting Monk Fruit! Itโ€™s fun to watch your videos, thank you! Blessings!

Pray for my wife and family! I see your lifestyle and I feel so inspired. I am "all in" with the Catholic faith after being absent for 10 years. I hope my wife can find the same enthusiasm I do.
