Amber watching you make the Philly cheesesteak peppers reminded me of the video of your stuffed pepper casserole. Do you think this could bbe recreated into that? Maybe with ground beef, mushrooms, prov cheese, but the peppers diced on the bottom of the casserole dish.

Made the lemon orzo meatballs tonight. My orzo was lemony but I used fresh squeezed Italian lemons so perhaps the jar juice weakens to much while cooking that long. Also used very little butter like you suggested.

Those Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers!!! I really want to go back out to the store to get the ingredients and make this now! 😂Unfortunately, I’m trying really hard to stay in this evening and not spend any money! Thank you so very much- your videos are absolutely appreciated and you are delightful 😊🌻

The orzo like delicious. I'd use ground chicken for the meatballs, I think.

BTW, crackpot temp settings don't actually work like that. High means it comes up to temp faster, but starting on high and then going to low doesn't actually make any difference to how it cooks of how long it takes because it's fully at temp.
