Excellent work sir! Very cool finding and using that older vessel! Mezzetta is a big brand by me, and I often have their peperoncini at the house. If you like that flavor profile, try Calabrian Chiles. You can get whole, or a paste / spread. Hope you had a safe and wonderful Christmas!
