The Honey Lime Chicken was a winner! I made another recipe from the video you did with Six Sister's on their channel and we didn't like it at all. So after that experience, it took me a couple weeks to finally pull this one out of the freezer and give it a chance, but it was super good. Here's a question: how do you get the freezer meal out of the bag if you don't thaw it? I had to resort to defrosting it for just a bit and I think it caused the chicken to come out a bit on the drier side.

I made the crack chicken chili last night. It was delicious. My issue was that after the 15 minutes, the frozen chicken did not separate in the instant pot. So I had to break the chicken apart and cook in the instant pot for another 15 minutes. Does anyone have a suggestion on how I can prevent the chicken from sticking in the instant pot. I am not sure if anyone has the same problem.

    Question (observation for others)
I made the Ravioli Lasagna but thought Alfredo sauce sounded better with the sausage than red sauce would.
    It burned!!!
Can dairy not be used in the IP? Or is it possible I did something else wrong?
(I did add water with the jar of sauce)

My frozen ravioli says "not pre-cooked" and takes 10-12 minutes (compared to the Krogers that says 5 minutes). I'm thinking I'll set it for 4 or 5 minutes? I've read to cook pasta for half the time it says in the boiling instructions. Does that sound good?

I am making the crack chicken chili tonight but after I printed out the recipe I noticed it is quite high in fat and sodium. I will be making a few adjustments such as using low sodium chicken broth, low fat cream cheese, low fat cheddar cheese and no salt beans rinsed. If u could offer a low fat low sodium version of ur recipes that would be great. Thanks. Update – So with my lower fat and lower sodium changes this still turned out great with lots of flavour. My husband had a second helping and said I should make it for our Daytona 500 party. That is definitely a good review!

Watched your video with Kristen of 6 sisters stuff. Those were great recipes and these sound great too. I live in Canada so we don't have some of the same stores here. Fortunately I have a couple of health food stores near by that sell spices in bulk. It's great because you can buy as much or as little as you need. Thanks for dinner ideas! Can't wait to try them.

You provided some extra information, like add x amount of water when you put it in the pot, that you didn't write on the bag. Since I won't remember any of this when I pull it out of the bag, I will write it on the bag when making the recipe.

I had my volume turned way up. Had a hard time understanding you talk. You're kitchen echos. High ceilings? When my next video started it was super loud, had to adjust volume down by 50%. Does anyone else besides me have trouble hearing these two ladies? Love the recipies. 🌷

    A couple of questions:
    1) What does this mean? ½ cup fresh lime juice (about 4 limes). It's the about 4 times that I don't understand. Is that use approximately 4 limes and squeeze the juice out. I would imagine that the pulp would be okay, or should it be strained out?
    2) I prefer to cook everything in the IP and not have to do anything else, like cook rice separately, or vegetables. If I wanted to add a cup of rice, how much extra liquid (and type) should be added?
    3) If I wanted to add vegetables to this recipe, what would you suggest?

I’m in California. I love our winco bulk section. It’s wonderful.
About the bacon bits from Costco, we went on a car trip to Colorado. We bought a bag of the bacon bits to keep daddy happy in the car. They were gone by Vegas. They don’t last very long😂😂.

Thanks for the yummy meal ideas.
