Hey Veronics! I have been binge watching your channel to catch up on some videos I missed. I had gotten behind on some of my favorite channels. I put my meatloaf on a rack that is over a cookie sheet. I like the grease to drain off. I have never tried my meatloaf wrapped in bacon either but love the idea! Those Rhodes rolls look wonderful. Sloppy joes and Chuck Roast turned out great; they look so good! Girl, your family ate good this week! Thank you for sharing these great recipes!

I haven’t ever used bread in meatloaf or wrapped it in bacon but that looks so good! Could you maybe broil it for a minute or two at the end to crisp the bacon? Maybe not with the sauce 🤔 we’ve tried the sloppy joe recipe too and didn’t love it because we just prefer my recipe, but homemade is the way to go! That roast looks so tender. You just have so many good recipes in this video!

Hi. Next time only let the bread soak a few minutes and gently squeeze out the excess milk before adding to the meat mixture. Leave out the excess milk. You'll be pleased.

My mama always added milk soaked white bread in her meatloaf. Partly for moisture but she said mainly to stretch it because there were so many of us. Hers was never as wet as yours so maybe the ratios from the PW is much different than my mom's…lol because that looks really wet. But that's an easy fix. 😎💜
