Here's a YouTube tip: just get to the damn recipe. All this fluff talk about your mom bla bla, you're just padding the video to reach 5 minutes and wasting my time. In here for a recipe, not your life story.

What kind of rice is it to make the flour? Can you use jasmine rice? Or does it have to be glutinous sweet rice? Thank you I want to make some so badly I don't want to ruin it by using the wrong type of rice. Also can you use regular brown rice? Thank you for your video

Hello @HappyBellyfish. I did tried the recipe last night. The dough was not formed like in the video. So, I ended up adding more flour to shape a dough. I think it may be related to the brand of a flour. So next time I'll use less water. Working with gluten free flours it is like a science. Thanks.

The simplest gluten free recipe! My kids just had these today for their meal. I ran out of gluten free all purpose flour. Glad I found your recipe. I couldn't decide if I could use brown or white rice flour so I used half a cup of each (and a pinch of salt). But I guess it would work with a cup of either of both. It was really sticky even if I sprinkled flour so after some attempts, I just rolled the dough between 2 parchment papers that have been lightly brushed with olive oil and came out great. Thanks for this recipe!😊
