Lee…yes I order a new truck about every 7-10 years and my last order was last year a F-150 Powerboost hybrid with a 30 amp plug and a 7.2 watt generator to boondock when needed. Our dry weight 5k toy hauler is no problem pulling with the f150 capable of pulling 13k. Pam…love the cooking part of video and not sure if you have done before but please continue. I watch many other camping families that have a cooking and is very interesting. Thanks for all the hard work you guys do to entertain us.

When we went looking for a Silverado 2500HD in 2021, but there wasn't anything on the lot that fit our budget, so, we ordered using the build sheet. We were trying to keep the price down. We wanted an LTZ, but it was way too expensive. So we settled for an LT. It still took 2 months due to parts shortages, but we were able to get the heated steering wheel and heated seats! When it arrived, it was a 2022, not a 2021. The salesman neglected to tell us that was what we would get, but that was just fine. So we test drove it, but the dealer still had to put in the bed liner, tonneau cover, and tubular running boards. I signed the papers, gave the salesman the keys to my 1500, and drove home as soon as we had the insurance on it (that's another story altogether). We took a long trip last summer after the engine broke in and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
That was a nice cooking presentation, Ms. Pam! We have an Instapot that Dottie is reluctant to try. I think I will dig that thing out and learn how to use it and then teach her. I think she'll be hooked after a couple of tryouts. I would love to make some Texas Chili in it or a batch of Red Beans and Rice.

    Safe travels, y'all!

Hey Lee, Pam and family. 1st we are from Birmingham, Al. So about 2 hours north of Montgomery. We just bought our used F350 and LOVE it, It makes it so much easier to tow our travel trailer and when we upgrade to a 5th wheel it will be easier too. Pam there is a utensil at the dollar tree that is GREAT for meats and want to get the meat stuck in the whisk. It looks like an X on a stick is the best way to describe it.
Love the video and now i have looked up recipes for sweet potato biscuits. Think my mom and hubby would love them!!
