I am down 12-14 lbs. since October and have been incorporating PSMF and have hit a new all time low (131-132 lbs.). Currently I am doing PSMF 3 consecutive days/week (MTW) and then my normal Keto the other four days (Th/F/Sa/Su). Dr. Cywes recommended the 3 consecutive days PSMF approach so I thought I would give it a try. I didn't think I would like it, but I actually prefer it now vs. the e/o/day approach. The Keto Naturopath and his wife Judi also do the 3 consecutives days. They like it because they say it is a simpler approach. Dr. Cywes is fine with either approach, but prefers the concurrent approach and suggested we give it a try. I prefer it now because I can focus on eating leaner for a few days and then go back to my normal Keto, less food waste, etc. I am also incorporating some of what Allie McWowie does. So, this week, I decided I would eat close to the same thing on my PSMF days and then for my Keto days. She uses this approach for the entire week. Then she changes it up the next week. Again, it's a simpler approach, less food waste, etc. I have always been one to like a lot of variety with my meals but some research I saw recently said the more variety we have with our food from day to day and meal to meal, accounts for an increase in the amount we eat by about 20% more. Interesting.

We are also using Dr. Cywes "sequential" eating approach where you eat half your meal to start…take a 10-15 break and then if you are still hungry eat the rest if you are still hungry. It is working quite well for me. What I've found is that my meals are much more satisfying and I am more inclined to feel full. This approach activates different hormones in your brain after 10-15 minutes that tell you you are satiated/full. So, you are less inclined to overeat. It's working for me!

My best friend had a bed like that! They work perfectly fine! I still sleep on the frame I first slept on in 1970. Used to be the top bunk of bunk beds! One of the posts has a tiny spot that used to be where I put my gum overnight! Since I got crowns in my mouth Freedent is the only gum I can chew but I just don't any more! As always my absolute very very best wishes to all of you including your pets and the chickens! Take care, all!🙂

Ooh~ I really like the Fitbit~ that one's right up my alley. I should have paid more attention during BF, but we had other stuff taking my focus, life does that. Maybe I'll find a deal at some point, we'll see- which drives my husband crazy… "Just get it honey/ what's your time worth/you want it/you should have it"/etc~
I can't help myself, I have to get that deal or I feel jipped somehow=) Silly, I know- but it gets in my head knowing it was/will be a lower price at some point, so just be patient~anyone else relate? It can't just be me….🤷‍♀️…right?😨

For Black Friday hubby bought me a Misen nonstick skillet, knife and sharpener. It came today! My birthday was the 4th. I bought myself some Spiceology spices and BareMinerals eye palette. I also bought myself a Pandora key ring and a pair of rose gold colored earrings. I love getting 30% off and free shipping. Last night I also picked up my first pair of Dr Marten’s boots. Look forward to getting them. Purple Suede. They are going to be so cute with my purple work shirt.

It was so cute to see how excited the kids got with that huge tv. Especially Renae! The dog was so excited to see Autumn. She missed Autumn. You could see it. Adorable.

This children were also excite to have their big sister back not to mention Izzy’s excitement as well. Great video!

I had a fitbit, moved to a garmin due to a sync issue with my yoga program and now have an apple watch. They all have their strengths and weaknesses. I enjoy the functionality of the watch but won’t go bigger unless they give me a watch option that reads my blood sugar 😂
