Your bento’s are so relaxing and look delicious. Your Halloween bento is amazing. I’ve watched a few other bento channels and they clean the fish with potato starch and sake to get rid of the fishy smell. It seems to be used a lot for prawns but sometimes fish as well.

Tip for horse mackrel: on a fish that small and delicate, don't use a knife just use your fingers to gently separate the fish from the bones.

Your bentos are so pretty! The colour coordination is superb and so cute!! ^_^ Your knives could stay sharp for longer, if you improve your cutting motion a bit. Pro chefs cut forward in one (weighing) motion. I saw in your videos you press forward and then cut in a long backwards drag. This makes them dull faster. Can't wait to see what you'll cook next though! And happy halloween!
