Speechless. Also in the DFW area. And, ordered my trailer based on this video. Last thing: looking forward to having you cater something soon! My trailer arrives in about 5 months. See ya out there and will be in touch for catering. Also – great video. Nice production.

LSG must have recommended temps to set the paint for a cure, I seem to remember when I did mine the temps were higher to bake on and set the oil, however it was another manufacturer. A lot of mass/steel to bring to temp, once you reach your temp you'll have to see what size fire is required to maintain it. Looks great, hope it went well

I don't know if I've seen a 2 can Pam burn in before. 6cans yes. Can you store this in your garage, looking forward to your journey with this pit. Did I hear in previous video that there is also a workhorse 1975 on the way. You made this my favorite production your ahead of gunsmoke.Gunsmoke.

P.s. Is all that open space where your going to put in duel cajon fryers?

I found your Chanel a while back searching out ole Hickories and got hooked. This Chanel gets better and better every time you turn around. I’m in Denver and leaning towards a Stumps gravity smoker now, I have a cheap stick burner a UDS , two Kamado Joes and a 1950 pellet fridge. This rig you have now looks like a game changer can’t wait to see some cooks on it.

Happy I found this channel when I did, although I found it through something unrelated to this grill. It's perfect timing to see this piece of art & craftsman at work. Congrats on having your dreams come true.

Btw, because you put in the grates before spraying, they weren't sprayed on the backs and sides. Just a heads up… lol

I’m a huge fan of the channel and have learned a ton from you about cooking on my new summit kamado! We did the ribeye steak using the Weber grill grate last night. I would love to know when you’re going to be out serving BBQ in the DFW area. We live in Abilene, TX. Love the channel!

Great looking pit. Did you burn in the grill as well? Don't forget to buy a coupler lock so someone can't hook up to it and take off. Looks like you have the tuning plates set right. Can't wait to see some more videos with this thing.
