Hi Hanako, your bentos look so good!

If you ever want to make more traditional tasting taco meat you can try seasoning the meat with onion, garlic, cilantro, cumin, chilli powder (or fresh chillis), tomatoes (or tomato paste), and maybe a little cinnamon. Brown the meat first, then add the fresh seasoning, then the powder. Let it get fragrant, then add the tomatoes/tomato paste and a little water or stock. Let the liquid cook down and it's ready. You can also use pork, or a mix of pork and beef too. Chicken works well too, but you'll have to adjust the seasoning a little to fit the taste of chicken.

I'm half Mexican, and that's how my mom always prepared the meat for her tacos.

When I am almost out of Sesame Oil, I mix it with a plain oil (like canola or sunflower). Sesame Oil has a very strong taste, so this can make it last a little longer!
