Love this! I have three kiddos (19,25,26). Our 19 yr old college kid and 25 yr old disabled daughter are both still at home. I love to cook but have struggled with the meal planning. I have a bazillion recipes and can never decide what to make. I ask the family what they want and they never know. Your criteria method is perfect! I have guilt about not making this or that. If I use the criteria method that takes some of the guilt away. Some meals are just not weeknight material but would be great on a Sunday when I’m more available and not running around. I think when I worked outside the home it was just a given but now that I’m a full time caregiver it feels like I should be able to manage it but life gets crazy. Thank you again!
