    Fuck no, i will measure the liquid / 1 table spoon of flour to one table spoon of butter per cup of stock, bring to boil, melt butter add flour to butter till pastes and thickens whisk into boiling stock and boil till cobined and the simmer till desired thickness. Best gravy ever. No loss of flavor
