Older women and protein – My current understanding, is that this applies when we are over 80 or 85 years of age. In part it may relate to decrease in obsorbtion and/or decrease in appitite. (eg We move less, so we eat less; and at the same time muscle atrophy increases). I'm not a nutrition expert. But then again, neither are most doctors. I think this is one of those areas we women will have to each individually research and decide upon. If anyone knows more, please share. Thanks.

My nieces always get on 1 of those kpop star diet that only eat sweet potatoes & kimchi. They only eat the kimchi i made that’s not salty but spicy and fresh. Work every time they need to lose a few kg of weight. I’m post menopause and i only eat rice+veggies. It’s so good i never get sick of it. I can use many different flavors from Indonesian, chinese, japanese and korean. What i’m sick of is american flavors. Dillon is always awesome in freestyling.
