Hi Jill. The other day I watched a recipe for chicken and rice (it had a can of cream of chicken and a can of cream of mushroom soup in it) and search as I might I cannot find it again. Can you PLEASE tell me what the video is called. Thanks

Yum! I love soup anytime, but especially in the winter. I’ll definitely be making this. And I liked the idea from one of the comments about using lentils in it as well. I might blend 1/2 of the soup to make the base creamier like yours, but leave the other half unblended so that I still have a “chew” factor…I think that tricks my brain to help me feel more satisfied. Cornbread would be excellent with this soup as well.

I made a Lentil & Black Bean soup, last week. Same as yours with 1 cup of raw lentils and 2 cups cooked black beans…same seasonings (almost) but I didn't puree mine. Bean soups are so good during the winter months…I'm glad you finally made this one on your channel!

I have never made this before and we love black beans. Whats the matter with me? I will for sure make this and I'm sure we will go ga-ga over it. Have you ever tried Maya Coba bean soup? It's also fabulous flavor…..get it on the international aisle at Walmart. They are from Peru and are white beans with a greenish tint. Very delicious.
