O M G !!!!!!!!! Are you serious????? I know how to cook…really I do. LMAO I made this today….. THIS is my new "go to". I made it exactly. Actually, I was cooking right along side of him…. I wish. My husband walked in the house and said "It smells awesome in here. WHAT are you making??? Matter of fact, when it cooled, I couldn't stop eating it. Thank you sooooooo much for EVERY step of the process. Was enjoying EVERY minute! You are fabulous and I have learned so much from cooking with you.
This looks great, Joe but I gotta say…..when I want comfort food it's Ma's Trailer Park Mac & Cheese made with sautรฉd onion, a roux, evaporated milk from a can, Velveeta, & a spoon of French's mustard. I'm sure everyone knows that's served with baked spam spiked with several whole cloves (the spice, not garlic) and a sauce of brown sugar, cider vinegar & a pat of butter. Oooooooh Weeeee! Sorry, I was channeling Justin Wilson there for a second. :))
My husband is so plain, he hates mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, tomatoes, onions; he even eats his salad with no dressing, no ranch nothing just the lettuce. You name it, he hates it. Soooo… I secretly put the onion paste all up in this delicious mac and cheese and he ate it, had seconds and ate the leftovers until it was gone. He had no idea and said it was the best he's ever tasted. ๐
