Sorry I missed the live, but great conversation based on the replay. Right now, trying the lion diet seems weird (I love the taste of eggs and bacon!) but then again going from net carb keto to carnivore in June was weird at first. Something to think about experimenting later with I guess. Can't wait for your updates on your son's carnivore experiment and also your rancher interview. Keep up the great work, and thanks for sharing again!
P.s., I didn’t stick to the Lion diet very long this month, but going to try again with the FeLions for the month of February.
