    Easy Recipe –
    Take a mixing bowl, add 1 cup Suji, 1 tbs Besan, 1/2 cup khatta Dahi
    Add Approx 1/4 cup Water
    Mix it well and rest the batter for 30-45 min
    Now add 1/4 cup chopped raw Green Peas, 1 small crushed Ginger knob, finely chopped Green Chillies, coriander & salt.
    Keep a steamer on along with a stand in it
    Keep a greased plate ready
    Then 1 small packet Fruit Salt (Eno) for 1 cup batter and mix it well
    Pour batter in the greased plate
    Sprinkle Red Chilli Powder
    Place the plate inside steamer
    Cover the lid with a cloth to avoid water dripping on dhokla
    Steam for 15-20 min on medium heat
    To prepare tadka, heat up the pan
    Add 1 tbs Oil, Mustard Seeds, Asafoetida Powder, White Sesame Seeds & few Curry Leaves
    Pour this tadka on dhokla
    Cut it into pieces and top with some Coriander
    Enjoy delicious Mutter Dhokla
