I think dried beans taste sooo much better. I just freeze what Iā€™m not gonna use. I also like that since Iā€™m cooking them, I can keep them the firmness I like, no mushy beans allowed.

Hi Margaret. Were the yarns you used as accent colors the same weight? I have a lot of leftover yarn as well. They are all acrylic but different weights. Will that make a difference?

I so enjoy your videos!! Iā€™ve been trying to make those chick pea snacks and still havenā€™t gotten them crunchy enough! Iā€™ll try again using your tips. šŸ˜Š Iā€™m also going to start on beanies again but with your scrap tips. They are my favorite project! Thanks for sharing with us šŸ˜Š

Haha I started to figure out how many years it would take me to use up my yarns… šŸ˜±šŸ˜±šŸ˜µā€šŸ’«šŸ¤£šŸ¤£šŸ¤£ I bought the 22, 40, and 48 needle machines, and am reserving hand stitching for only special projects for gifts or that I will wear or sell. But yeah, if I have to use it up before I die, I'll live forever…šŸ¤£šŸ˜

Iā€™ve been eagerly waiting for your next video..as Iā€™m a basic learner (you did write recently when I was in hospital, you kept me happily busy!) Being older, in warm Brisbane , I need little warmthā€¦BUT since meeting you Iā€™m busting to crochet and knit again for charity & grandkids! Iā€™m still navigating through your videos, I donā€™t know them all! Thank you so very much for your brilliant videos! (Of course they ARE brilliant!). Marietta

I have 8 large vacuum bags full of yarn in my closet. I started out the year with every intention of using my stash, but I work part-time at Hobby Lobby, so that went out the window! šŸ˜‚
Iā€™m currently working on a baby blanket for my newest grandson, but when Iā€™m done, I plan on making hats and maybe throws with my stash

So glad to find this video in my list to view! I really enjoy your videos.
I am not nearly as good as you at stash busting, but I have been able to make use of some of your ideas when I crochet for our local charities. I appreciate your patterns, and I constantly refer to the hat sizing chart I got from your YouTube channel. Thanks for making the effort to put these videos together!

Maybe you'll talk about it, but if not: you can keep the chickpea-water (from the can or the instant pot), and use it for baking or desserts! It works pretty much like egg whites, you can beat them and everything, and it's free haha! I love watching your videos and all your little tips and tricks!

Edit: the chickpea water is called aquafaba

šŸ¤£ Love your stash in various rooms. No judgment. I enjoy seeing others yarn stash. Nowadays, there is so much pretty yarn available and new yarns comeout too often. It is fun to try to make projects with yarn scraps.

Hello Margaret! Always nice to see you! Love the blanket and I say "no" to the tassels! I think this will be a great winter project for when the rain starts! Normally at this time of year our weather gets cooler and somewhat rainy but we have had beautiful weather which is perfect for getting out on my nature walks! We have not had any significant rain for months and the trees really need it. Instead of the leaves turning all the wonderful fall colors they are just dying and it's not pretty. Anyway, I always seem to get off subject when I comment to you! Lol. Love your hats and that is another thing I need to make. I've been crocheting reusable gift bags which I love doing and giving as gifts! Card making has been keeping me busy and now with Christmas creeping up I need to make Christmas cards! I might be retired but I still don't have enough time for all my projects!!! How does that happen?

I just loaded 4 big boxes of yarn into my car for donation and I STILL have so much. How does this happen? I'm overwhelmed by all of it. I'm making scrappy corner to corner blankets with it. In the past I've made hats. I'm going to go watch the other videos you have on this subject. THanks!!

I just love your little tips and tricks. I miss seeing your videos, I have been going back watching them from the beginning. My husband walked in and knew exactly who I was watching and said "she has a very calming voice". We both deal with anxiety so we both love your videos and just enjoy listening to you. Big hugs to you and your family.
