listening to that last part again just gave me a really scary thought…she said "Weight loss surgery is still something I think about….A LOT" I hope this "100 pounds down" she's trying to make it to isn't so she can tell a weight loss doctor "I've lost 100 pounds on my own" so that they'll give her the surgery…cause I mean yeah it may be 100 pounds down from her highest weight but it's been spread out over how many years? With how many ups and downs?
A “homemade” turkey burger. . . .what part of a turkey 🦃 burger is homemade. Her gf threw a lump of turkey in a pan, nothing else. She seriously does not know how to eat “Intuitively”. Absolutely Amber hides her binging. I’m sure that wifey would discourage her from it so to avoid arguments she only binges when wifey is gone or sleep. During the Becky era Amberlynn would get very angry with Beck if she tried to stop her binge or refused to take her to get Ben and Jerry’s. You are right Jordy, why does she care what people think about her clothes. It’s not like if she covers her arms and legs no one will notice she’s FAT!. Of course she borrows content and such from other YouTubers. Amber herself is boring and without imagination so if something seems a lot like someone else’s video, it is. BUT, the thing about Amber herself that I hate is how she ALWAYS picks the worst possible diagnoses she can find from Dr Google. She constantly complains about her health and of course her problems are soooooo much worse than anyone else. Yes, a doctors 🥼 would not do surgery for a non-inflamed/infected gallbladder because her risk of dying during surgery is much higher than a normal wt person. Millions of people have gallstones but don’t know it and don’t have surgery. She says she has gallbladder pain because Dr Google says people with gallstones (if it is infected or blocked) have pain, just having gallstones does not cause pain. And I highly doubt that she has gallbladder pain for just a couple hours then it goes away. A more reasonable thought would be that she has gas. I am a critical care nurse specialist so when she says things like I have a gallbladder attack it makes me cringe. I can tell you that most of Amberlynn medical problems are in her head or she tends to exaggerate them immensely.

Why don’t these oversized people realise it’s no about the calories ITS THE FAT CONTENT of everything that will help with weight loss. In the the UK all foods are listed with calories and the fat content. The weight would fly off if she did that……

She binged the night before, and that's likely why her gallstones are causing so much pain. When you have gallstones it makes it a bit harder to breathe because it hurts with deep breaths. Best thing is to not eat, drink water and tea and WALK. Looks like Jade was really helpful and probably looked up how to deal with symptoms. So… can't fault her there. I think you were on point with the bingeing while Jade is sleeping so that she can't stop her. Sounds like Jade is trying and meeting a lot of resistance from Amber.
Also, when I have issues with my gallstones (ate a lot of JUNK while in the military and it messed me up), I actually get anxious/tachycardic from the pain and breathing issues. If the next episode of 500lb gorl seems as antsy, it may be from a big event or fearing doing something soon.
I have theorized that Amber is scared to lose weight because then she won't have an excuse not to do the weight loss surgery. So she purposely hides binges fearing progress. Addiction is hard, but if it keeps you comfortably away from a bigger fear, it's the easier option.

I don't know if all you guys noticed when Jade got her the bag for the Hawaiian bagels how fat Jay was. I did notice and she's way fatter than she was in the first picture outside Amber's apartment. I think it's a form of manipulation she did the same thing with Becky every time Becky went with her family or slept or just wasn't paying attention to amber. It's her way of guilt tripping her partners bc of her own issues. If she were serious about her health it wouldn't matter if she was left unattended or not she'd stay on track

I don’t believe anyone told her to stop counting calories, she is just lazy and blames it on her “psychiatrist” and “nutritionist”. She didn’t even do it correctly, she just eyeballed everything! She would take 1 cup of butter and be like this is 2 calories🤦🏻♀️ She couldn’t even weigh it and do it how it’s supposed to be so it’s not really working. And she has a nutritionist? And she must be telling her that she can perfectly get take out 3 times a day? Is she sponsored by Uber eats or DoorDash? Like seriously the psychiatrist and her nutritionist is all a lie, it’s to make some content.

Wait… I remember when my mom got sick due to her gallbladder she couldn't have ANY spicy food whatsoever… like she said a soup was too hot (as in hotsauce hot or spice hot not as in who heated up the gazpacho? Comprende?) So how could ALR who's had gallbladder issues for over a DECADE able to handle half a bottle of tapatio or Sriracha on her breakfast, lunch and dinner with flamin hot cheetos for a bedtime snack?!?!
Also, why couldn't they have removed it when she had her hysterectomy? I know it's 2 separate parts of the body, that a obgyn surgeon was the one operating on her, and that surgery, or rather anesthesia, at her size could kill her BUT wouldn't it have been best to have them both removed in one surgery so that she wouldn't have to go under anesthesia again and then her having to recover from ANOTHER surgery and risk her getting a post operation infection?!?!
But then again this is the great miss ALR who probably had bladder stones the same way she has an egg allergy…. you a lah
Ok at least she’s a little less delusional. Before it was “I’m craving kfc and my psychologist told me not to ignore cravings so I got kfc.” I’m an ex drug addict. And I was told when you have cravings you better whip out some coping skills outta your toolbox. Like call a friend, go do something else, go for a walk, etc etc. so here her making food at home is better. But still she makes readymade crap at home. I also was bulimic for YEARS. Most people didn’t know but the 2 people closest to me did know. So I get the uncontrollable binges. And I think she’s like me in this that it’s not emotional eating. At least not mostly. Her brain is probably empty while she eats. That’s how mine was. Then I emotionally threw it all up. Her intuition is way off and needs to be recalibrated.
It’s funny how our gorl will say my psychologist/dietician doesn’t want me counting calories. (Idk how I feel about this. But she should def focus on portion control) yet she does it anyway. So why then does she blame other actions on MY PSYCHOLOGIST TOLD ME TO!!

5:00 I CALLED IT!!!! I’ve been saying she binges every night when Wipey is sleeping! Amber goes to bed super early in the morning. Like 4-5am, and I’m sure Wipey doesn’t live that same way. So I had been saying that I bet she binges while Wipey is sleeping, and Amber probably has a secret stash spot of wrappers somewhere in the apartment, so Wipey doesn’t see how much food her gorlfriend has consumed. I also said that’s why she talks like a “SoCal mommy vlogger” in front of Wipey.
I also love how whenever she says “we’re making food”, she literally means Wipey is gonna make all the food, and give Amber menial tasks like you would a toddler. “Here Amber, just fill this up with water to that line. But be very careful! It’s suuuuuper important..” and then Amber will be like “omg you guise! I was making our dinner and I went to fill this glass thing that has the lines on it, and water kinda went over the line! I was like so anxious you guise! My anxietieeee was like cray cray. But look at this dinner! I’m like Rachel Ray. One time in foster care, I cooked like an entire meal in one of those “Mini Bake Ovens”, and my foster parent said it was a Michelin Star worthy meal. Yea, I’m like an outstanding cook. But with my heel spur….”

The fact that this 500lb gorl thinks “intuitive eating” is going to work for her, is absolutely ABSURD. Her “intuition” is what got her to 500lbs! This is insane.
If she's so insecure about her arms, 20 minutes a day with some 5 lb hand weights will do wonders within a week.

Amber and Chantal should never have weight loss surgery. Their binges would cause severe internal injury.
I had my gallbladder removed when I was in the mid-upper 300lbs., so I call lah on that one. The surgery is through your bellybutton, and in most hospitals it’s done by guided machines. If they could do a hysterectomy on her at almost 600 pounds, there’s absolutely no reason she couldn’t have her gallbladder removed.
