Delicious pizzas! I made Neapolitan pizza at home and it was 100 times better than American pizza. I can't understand those people in Reddit who claim "American is pizza is better, Italian one sucks"

I'm Italian and MASANIELLI's pizza is truly one of the best in the world….it's incredible, in words you can't understand how good is it. That pizzeria is recognized from all over the pizza lovers, from sectorial magazines/sites, from the cooks to the best pizzaioli until the greatest chefs in Italy 🍕🍕🍕

You did get the pizza recipe, right? What flour does he use? How do they make the sauce? I HAVE TO KNOW! WE ALL HAVE TO KNOW! In the meantime, I’m going to figure out how to build an Italian pizza oven in my small backyard.

My husband was born in Queens and grew up on long Island. I'm from Tennessee but we country girls know good food when we eat it. I've introduced him to country cooking and he introduced me to the New York pizza that is truly the best in the world. It will ruin you for any other pizza once you've had it. Get it hot, fold it in half and eat til the oil drips off your elbow…heaven!! There's no proper way to describe the difference from the second-rate restaurants who insult the word pizza with what they serve. We do have one Greek/ Italian restaurant here who comes very close thankfully. From the ovens they cook them in to the fresh mozzarella they use. It's an experience that everyone should have once in their lives. Two other things that must go on your bucket list while in NY eating.. You must try an everything bagel with smear from the Jewish deli and get a pastrami sandwich for later. Those sandwiches could feed a small family; they stack the meat so high. It's a thing of beauty and your mouth will thank you later. I could spend a month just going from restaurant to food truck..eating my way through the city. My husband has family who sends us fresh deli items, shipped next day, all the way down here from NY. I'd rather have the day-old items from the hands of the beautiful people who make it, than the freshest down here any day. TY for taking us along on your journey. She reminds me of my father-in-law (may he rest in peace). They both have the same love for good Italian food of every kind.

It's NOT PIZZA.. New York pizza is not pizza it's RUBBISH.. However you can do it at home with a pizza oven at 485C wood burning and 48hr cold fermented dough.. Pizza is easy compared to Indian who also have a dough cooked at 485C 48 hr fermented and put tomato and cheese on top..

I added I Masanielli di Sasà Martucci Pizzeria to my saved destinations on Yelp in hopes I will get to return to Italy some day. Have a safe trip and look forward to seeing places and food that are special to Eva and you…. enjoy!

I always heard so much about NY pizza. When I finally had “NY Pizza” I had the same reaction as you …… To say the least, I was disappointed 🤷🏻‍♀️
I’m so excited to see your adventures in Italy. My husband and I will be leaving to travel around Europe in a few years time and to learn through you Eva, is a dream come true; just what this Italian American girl needs ❤️🙏🏻
