Let’s cook dinner! Today I am making papas ranchera and crispy air fryer chicken wings. I’ll also serve it with a fresh garden salad.

Ohhh, Bratkartoffeln (fried potatoes) Mexican style , I will try those. Next time you cook potatoes make some extra and use those to make the papas ranchera the next day. I always cook more potatoes than I need and use the left over ones for fried potatoes the next day. In my eyes precooked potatoes are way better for fried potatoes. 😄

Just made the potatoes added some paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper , and seasoned salt… Also I tried the entomatadas (idk if that's how you spell it) but I didn't have cheese so I cooked to chicken breast and shredded them so delicious thank you❣️❣️❣️❣️😋😋😋

Thank you for your wonderful dinner ideas Angelica. The potatoes were so good, I decided to have them for breakfast the next morning. I crumbled breakfast sausage up and included it in the potatoes. Tasted fabulous 👌

Not sure how much of a caliente kick the one jalapeño gives the papas rancheras, but that looks so good. The chicken recipe sounds delicious too, though I'd need to find if/where my mini deep fryer is packed away. Heh, I'm lazy about not cooking much lately, shame on me. 🙂
