    Hi There!
Thank you so much for posting your journey. I found you a few months ago when I was just looking for ideas around meal planning in bulk. I think you had bought a ridiculous amount of pork and were planning around it. 😀 And then, of course, I started checking out your other videos. You mentioned THM and I was intrigued. I just started a few weeks ago and love it! Thank you! Here's my question…Like you, I've tried it all. It's interesting that you and other commenters have said that they get to a place with THM and stall. In my experience when I try something like this, I usually find some recipes I like and then I just eat them over and over. I feel like, if it's working, why fix it? But I'm a little worried about the moment when I stall on THM, like you and others. I'm wondering….instead of changing plans…if changing recipes might give the body enough of a change up to jump start again? So, I'm wondering how often do you switch up your menus/recipes? I think it's great that you're doing the Whole30! It's obviously something you've done before and feel good doing. That's awesome! Mostly I'm just preparing for my own stall. 😀 Will I need to change plans or perhaps just bring in new recipes. Thanks for your feedback!

I have watched a few of your videos for THM and love them. I have been doing it off and on for 18 months, and hard to not get off plan and go crazy. I lost weight the best when I did more of a paleo style eating, seems to be a lot like what you are doing for Whole 30. I love the idea behind THM, but have wondered if I should not try to do whole 30 for a bit since I have gained weight over the past year instead of loosing. I love your honesty in the videos, and after hearing that you have adrenal fatigue (one of my issues), it is making me really consider doing the after the first of the year. I also have a few Autoimmune disorders too which have flared up over the summer. Thanks for sharing your journey!

I'm glad this helped you. I've been struggling big time. I also believe 100% in THM. It helped me have such a healthy pregnancy. My issue is not so much food sensitivities, it's the freedom to eat that gets me in trouble. Eat until satisfied is a wide open door for me. I'm struggling to figure out how to get on track with that plan or ANY plan.

I feel the SAME WAY. I have been on THM for over a year and still haven't hit goal weight. I lost 25ish lbs thanks to THM in about 3 months and then the scale stopped. I want to do a Whole30 because I think dairy is the culprit for me, but I am a little nervous to do it since I have tried before and failed…repeatedly. Do you have any pointers?
