I tried this out today, and I loved it. I did add a pinch of garlic powder to the chicken and a few slices of ginger to the rice, some oyster sauce to the sauce, and some broccoli and water chestnuts along with the chicken. I used an unglazed clay pot, and so the rice got a little too stuck to the bottom, but the crispy rice was great. Thank you!
