Chef, I'm with you on poor/inattentive service detracting from the dining experience. I hate it when the waitperson serves the food and disappears until it's time to drop off the check. But to give your server the benefit of the doubt, maybe she saw you filming and assumed you didn't want to be interrupted…?? Man, that meat case at Bellville Meat Market looked mouth-watering! That was a fantastic price for ribs. I have a small meat market in my town, but they're bougie and charge an arm and a leg! I would love to have a place like Bellville near me.
