This makes sense, pressure the wings to cook them and then broil to set and layer the flavour of the sauce , and crisp them up. They look awesome, I definitely will try this. Good wings are good no matter how they are cooked. 🙂 Thanks
I found this recipe after my wing had thawed. So I am only going pressure cook for 5 minutes instead of the 10 minutes. I can't wait to try the finished product.
