I would read the total carbs on low fat items, because often when they remove fat they add sugar. That's far worse than eating some fat. I would know because guess who became a type 2 diabetic in theor 30s and is now spending a TON of time, energy, and resources trying to keep it under control and in remission so I don't die too young. I just want to make people aware. My diabetic books reccomend full fat high protein foods. Low carbs. Its working btw. I wish I could help prevent this for other people. You don't want this, and it's preventable

Your children are growing so much! I love your channel and think that you have amazing idea's. Something we like that is really quick is the Custard Stand hot dog chilli over fries. Obviously cheese but you can also serve it with favorite taco toppings.I promise it is so fast in a pinch and so delicious. Something else I've been seeing lately is chicken ,bacon, ranch fries. That's right up my alley and I believe you said once before that your son really likes ranch dressing as well. Keep up the wonderful job you are doing.

We eat chili cheese fries with diced onion on top…but our favorite is fries with brown gravy! If I ever cook a roast ( beef or pork), I save any gravy that is leftover and we I use it to pour over fries. Sometimes this is a light lunch for us or a side dish. 😊

I find fat-free versions are nowhere as good as full far. I consider the fat content in lower amounts for full fat. I find a smaller amount of them is so much better than a full serving of the fat-free versions.
