The chicken salad looks so good. It looks like you got it from Applebee’s. I definitely would eat that with honey mustard dressing. I would add boiled eggs on it too.
Totally needed recipes for the instant pot. I got one from a friend and I have only used once. Mexican rice sounds yummy! Love cumin too. I have been doing lots of salads with chicken nuggets but my new favorite is canned mandarin oranges and Asian sesame from Aldi with sliced almonds and broken up chips. Reminds me of an Applebees salad. Yum
