HEY FRIENDS! In todays what’s for dinner video I am sharing 4 new EASY dinner ideas from this weeks meal plan that I cooked my family of 4 this week.
I would have never thought to put shrimp & chorizo in fried rice together. It looked so good!!
That sour cream & chive stuff you added to the potatoes sounds good. I don't think we have anything like that here.
I love gnocchi! I need to get the kids to try it again. They didn't like it but it's been over a year since they tried it.

My background is Italian too, so yes I agree we certainly love our pasta dishes 😆
When making chicken schnitzel or tender strips I put the flour mix in a zip lock bag and shake the bag until covered and put the chicken in the egg wash and using a fork to cover the chicken and place into a another zip lock bag for the breadcrumbs and shake the bag until covered. Find this less messy. If you find you have some left in the bag you can reuse for the next time,but place it in the freezer. 👍

Nice to know you! ☺️ if you didn't know this you can stick your spring onions in a glass with water near a window and chop what you need, keeping the roots and it will actually just regrow on their own! It helps mine to last a bit longer. I just change the water every day or two. We have packets of instant mashed potatoes with flavor in but I've never seen potato flavoring packs. That's neat! Chicken Alfredo gnocchi, all my most favorite words 😍 that cheese on top looked so delicious. Yum! I can never pick a favorite meal of the week either 😂.

Your meals looked so delicious, I’m definitely gonna try the gnocchi and scalloped potato dishes, I’m not a fan of chorizo so I’ll pass on that one although I’m sure I could make it without, I’m not huge fan of rice either. I was happy to finally see what chicken schnitzel is, I’ve heard you mention it before, we just call them chicken cutlets and we, my family, normally serve them as it and often may dip into ketchup, ranch or honey mustard, instead the brown gravy but I may just give that a try, the potatoes looked amazing. I’ve had a form of the pre-cooked ribs, as you made but I’ve to check to see if anyone sells the mashed potato flavoring bc we often don’t have many items you have, offered to us in the states. Great vid as always, I enjoy watching you cook & I didn’t think you sounded bad at all but I hope you’re feeling better. I’m gonna checkout the other channel you mentioned, thanks so much for sharing this with us, I always learn something new from you.
