I lived most of my life in upstate NY and although the summers were short, they were hot and most people didn't have central air. I rarely cooked in the summer because of that. The first summer after we moved to an area where central air is standard, I was so excited to realize I could cook whatever, whenever! But I do feel your pain as the hot kitchen memories are still vivid. 😂 Looks like you made some very tasty dinners!

These all look delicious Stephanie! I love when a flavor or a scent gives a flashback/memory of childhood! I have to say I haven’t felt like cooking to much either with the heat but I can’t imagine not having central air conditioning in the south where I’m at so I hope you are able to keep cool when you’re home.
