I can't believe I missed your video. Better late than never, Lol. Then I had to watch it 3 times because the cats thought they were supposed to watch it in front of me. Talk about being distracted. Ugh! So while they got to watch it first I started cleaning out my Tupperware cupboard and packing the stuff I hardly use so I don't have so much to do whenever I move. Well anyway you crack me up watching your video. Everything thing looked so delicious! ๐Ÿ˜‹

When you are using beef try putting first into a deep frying pan and brown your beef in a little olive oil. When brown add a small amount of water and scrape the bottom of the pan to loosen all that flavor then add to crock pot. Rich gravy! Flour and starch used to thicken a sauce only works well when each reaches a temperature that permits it to bloom and thicken. When it has soft bubbling, it reached its final stage. Cutting corners you get less flavor. ๐Ÿ˜Œ๐Ÿ๐Ÿฅ•๐Ÿฅ”๐Ÿฅฉ
