Their customer service is superb. I ordered and it arrived with no ice and the outer items had thawed. Kinda unavailable as I live in Arizona and it had to travel through a lot of heat to get to me. I messaged them, and they replaced the entire order. Shipped it out instantly. No questions asked. I was thoroughly impressed. Will absolutely buy again especially since everything has been delicious.
