I made a delicious easy meatloaf yesterday for my family … I learned a trick from the recipe which is to take and wet your fingers with water and smooth over the top of the meatloaf and then refrigerate before baking for one hour, the water trick and refrigeration makes it so the meatloaf doesn't crack while cooking. The recipe I used this time was had no sauce on it while it baked, but it called for the making of a creamy brown thyme gravy which you ladle over the slices … my husband was in heaven. Meatloaf is always a huge hit here in my house. Lots of goodies at your house this week … thanks for sharing your menus with us Beth.

Tfs Beth…..when I'm in a hurry I put the potatoes in the microwave…they never come out right…next time I'll use the instant pot…everything looked delicious…I love meatloaf….have a great day friend…..👍👍🤗🌻🌻💕💕
Again girl I love "Aunt Bee". Been trying to catch what brand it is if you can give me some information I would appreciate it. Thanks. Also now you can get a mixture in a can for meatloaf it is amazing it will be found by the tomato sauce and tomato paste. I save some to put on top for the glaze. Everything looks so good. I will be trying that chicken.

When I make fish tacos I love to use corn tortillas and we prefer cabbage instead of lettuce on them. 😁
