That is they way I started cooking bacon! It is so much easier and I feel it tastes better. Better than grease splashing you or your stovetop! I used to wear oven mitts when I cooked it on the stove top because it would splatter my hands all the time. Oven is so much better!
Look up Kristen Stepp (here on YouTube) for Mexican rice. It's not an Instant Pot recipe, but it's wonderful. Everything you made looks wonderful…tfs!!
