Sorry missed you live. Thank you so much for repeating the questions especially since I have problems seeing you live. I only see the comments of those of us who watch the recording of course.

I’m so sad I have been missing these lives. Yes Joan I had a bread man as well. Weird shape and the metal piece is the bottom. I still have it and it still works but I’m all sourdough now.

Had to watch after the live as I go to Bible study every Thursday night. You do a really good job of phrasing your responses in such away that I feel like I know what the comment/question was. Doug looks a lot better. Did you have an update on Aria? If so, I missed it. I have made the sourdough chocolate chip cookie recipe since you emailed it to me, but I only made half a recipe and it still made a bunch. They are delicious.

My first bread machine was a Breadman, but I hated the shape of the loaf . I had never heard of the Zojirushi brand until my son said he had a Zojirushi rice maker and he loved it. So many years ago I bought a Zojirushi bread maker. The loaf from it is a much more standard shape, but the paddle holes on the bottom still annoyed me. So then I basically just started using the expensive bread machine as just a dough maker then shaped and put in a regular bread pan and baked in the oven. But it does a beautiful job of mixing and rising the dough. I've never tried to make jam in it , I really do need to give that a try, I always planned to try it and have never gotten around to it.
Great pictures of Adam. Such a handsome young man. I think his future career choice sounds so interesting.
I made a new chocolate chip cookie recipe a couple days ago and the recipe makes big cookies. You're suppose to use a 1/4 cup cookie scoop. It did make beautiful large, thick cookies and when I saw them I thought "these big cookies would probably sell great for Joan's baking business. I know nothing about how you price your products you sell, but I would think you could sell one of these big chocolate chip cookies for a buck a piece. Her recipe said it would make 12 large cookies, but I got more than that. Next time I make them I'm going to use my stand mixer and maybe triple the batch.

April is my 3 year anniversary for my multiple myeloma cancer journey. My quarterly scans came back and all are in normal range. I can stop my bone infusions and the maintenance immunotherapy pill has been lowered to 5 mg. Really hoping to get back to my old self. Cancer journeys are tough, glad you have a prayer village behind you. God luck to Doug on his scans. 🙏🙏🙏
