Whats the use of adding urad dal in premix if it is not fermented. It is better to go with rava + curd mix idli + soda.
I made this chutney premix by drying all ingredients and it increases shelf life… Keep coriander and mint under fan and other things in, sun… U will get good result
It's v good but the greens after sometime may not remain as good as fresh n v dry powder of mint can store

She has added green color . roasting the leaves makes them black. and the ginger & garlic were not roasted properly as they were not cut in thin pieces. the taste will also be too salty as black salt & normal.salt both are used in chutney

Missing was a bit of tamarind. Don't know if tamarind powder is available. The green chutney will be tastier.
