    Hey Taylor. I always use those mini peppers. They seem to last a little longer than the bigger ones, imo. I don't even remove the seeds. You won't know the difference. I'm glad to see someone using them. The bigger red, orange & yellow bell peppers are expensive here in FL. Idk about any place else.

    I've used the mini peppers several times for fajitas, they're great since I'm just cooking for one. I tend to think they have more flavor sometimes than the large bell peppers.

    I’m sorry that y’all have been sick. Hope everyone feels better soon! I would always get banana peppers when I would get a sandwich at Subway. So yummy! Sliders are so good. I love that cookie puzzle and the gingerbread houses! So fun! That pasta in the instant pot looked so delicious! Everything looked so good!
