Awesomeness. You are so great fixing food and sharing. If you want to make Almond milk 🥛 you can find it on YouTube and then take the Almonds that you gave run through the strainer…let them dry and then grind them up in a coffee grinder or something so you can get it really fine and walla almond flour. Probably on YouTube or on Almond Cow! That way no sugar or preservatives! You can make almond butter just grind up the Almonds a cup or two and put in one tablespoon of avocado oil or enough to make it the consistency you want!

Great video! Love the outtakes at the end!! We will be trying all of these recipes! Just a note, since you are on a health journey…..You will absorb more of the nutrients (iron and calcium…) in the spinach if you cook it. Raw spinach contains oxalic acid, which I've just learned, blocks the absorption of the earlier mentioned vitamins. Not criticizing you, just wanted to pass on the knowledge. I'm actually in awe that you can commit to cutting out the carbs and yummy creamy coffees!! I'm struggling, so any nutrients that I can cram in faster, I'm all in!! See you in the next one!!
