    Woah. It must take ages to make gluten free gravy. I guess you basically have to boil it down until it thickens.
    A bit confused about the product James called Matcha.
    Is that the same as Yerba Mate, the really popular South American beverage?
    In South America, they drink it by straining it through a straw. But I don't think you are supposed to drink the leaves themselves. I read somewhere that it can be a carcinogen if consumed too much.
