Awesome video. I love Aldis. I jus started IF & Keto 1 week ago. I see a big change in just a week. Can you do a shopping haul at Walmart & BJā€™s? (if you have a BJā€™s near you) Thank you. FYI (NEW SUBSCRIBER) ā˜ŗļø

Being keto you might wanna read the ingredients rather than just look for added sugars. There are some big words that represent fake sugars that you need to watch for….

Beware of the wild caught salmon in Aldi. They are from China. Sorry I don't trust it. Bought it before and they're the same as Walmart. Don't look and taste like salmon.

I don't know if someone mentioned this already, but the apple cider vinegar needs to be the kind that is fermented and with the mother in it. The health benefits come from those two things. Regular vinegar doesn't have the same health benefits.

The difference in the big bag of salmon compared to the small is the big has skin on. I prefer the skin on because it gets crispy and thatā€™s where the collagen is.

Keto peanut butter(Crazy Richardā€™s) cheaper at Walmart for $2.94 for a 16oz jar and only ingredient is peanut butter. Target has a old home all natural 100% peanuts with sea salt 24oz tub $5.99. Great video, I shop at different stores to get the best deal on keto and healthy foods because it seems like the foods that are better for us are more expensive, which is really frustrating.

According to my Aldi's staffer, the net zero bread was a limited time "special find". She did say it's popularity might help bring it back (her personal opinion), but at this time it is no longer available.

Their ribeye & NY strip steaks are fantastic, especially @ $8.99 lb. I've been carnivore/keto since September 2018 and literally eat these steaks at least 4 times per week. Most average 14-16 oz per steak. Great quality and fat marbling in them. One of the true hidden gems there.
