I am trying to catch up with your videos. I was grown before I knew tartar sauce could bw bought in a store. Lol My mama made it from scratch. You cook like she did and how I cook. Tips you give, I heard growing up.

Happy Good Friday to you sir! And great as always. Yeap here in MS it was always ketchup with the catfish but I always add the hot sauce too like my Grand Mammy did.

Good morning Chef Jeffrey. I'm a bit late but I'm here 🀭. That's right on time. Now all I need is a bottle of hot sauce and a real nice salad. Yep, when we were kids we always had fish on Friday during Lent, because our family are Catholics. But time has changed so the church relaxed that tradition and I've left the Catholic church. πŸ₯΄ Thanks for sharing another quick and easy recipe. Have a great weekend. πŸ€—
