Hope you guys all feel better soon. Here in the UK we call those dumplings, traditionally made with suet, so as a vegan I make mine with vegetable suet. Never tried your version, but am going to give it a go, the whole soup looks scrumptious.

Get well soon! These dumplings remind me of the vegan goulash and dumplings from Bosh! Here on youtube. I make that dish quite often through the cold season. We have nothing quite similar in Germany. We have „Nocken“ that are made with sour cream or semolina, or Spätzle wich are more of a pasta-ish thing. Dumplings are made with potatoes or stale bread.

Our first kid brought home all the tummy / intestine viruses from daycare, our second child (two years later) brought home all the chest / nose / throat viruses. Hurray for daycare!!!

We called them dumplings, but what we say in the south is it doesn't matter what it's called as long as it's good! Your soup looks delicious and I will be making it, whether I am sick or well! Very healthy and tasty! Thanks for the recipe and hope you're feeling better soon!

My mom made wonderful chicken and dumpling stew that I loved before I went vegetarian, and then vegan. I never thought of putting dumplings on a vegan soup, but after watching this video, I will definitely give it a try!

Sorry that Courtney & 👨‍👩‍👧 aren't too well. And as usual it's the child to blame ( that is what all my friends that have children say). A fantastic video of what Courtney ate while sick. Get well soon and sending love 💞 & positive vibes because being happy and positive helps to boost the immune system.
