    Hey Danielle I just took a nutrition class and I wanted to share about the labels. They updated nutritional labels in the past 2 years. The ones that are bold calories those are the new ones and most accurate. Just wanted to share because I never knew that until I took that class!

    I have never used lime to take bitterness to the onion, I usually soaked in water for like 5 min, throw water and soaked for another 5 min and I get rid of the strong onion flavor when I use them raw for salads , I am gonna try your tip 😁

    Looks so good, thank you for sharing!! I've always wanted to make skirt steak but I never knew which cut to buy or how to get it so thin. Im gonna try this! Also, a little tip that I learned about harder citrus (limes/lemons) if you zap them in the microwave for like 20-30 seconds, you'll get so much more juice! Good to know when you've got stubborn limes. 🙂 Thanks for all the work you do to put out these videos so often, I always get excited when you post a new one! God Bless!

    This is gonna sound terrible but I don’t change my clocks the first day intentionally because my family is so anal about time and it’s fun seeing them freak out when they realize the clock is wrong and they are running late 😂. You would think they would know by now but they still fall for it every single time. I know , so wrong 😂

    Darling, Daniela, last year, I started my keto lifestyle. I’d finally beaten my cravings, stopped binging and had a great relationship with food for the first time in my life. I received a compliment and all my insecurities and panic took over me. I was that little 12 year old girl who was being raped, daily and I knew I had to get fat again because he hated fat girls, I binged and binged and binged and now I’m back to over 400. I feel “safe” but I know that’s in my head. I want to take control, I want to live my life instead of having a panic attack at the thought of opening the front door to another human. I’m done being a scared victim. I want to be strong. Am I am strong because I chose to fight instead of suicide. Please can you tell me how to start again? I am ready. PS; I’m sorry this was a little essay. Xxx
