OK it’s taco Tuesday here in Arizona now, but I think tonight I’m gonna go for a quesadilla! Great video! I can almost smell that Carne Asada through the screen!
Knocked it out of the park Rus. Meat was cooked to perfection and I'm betting that sauce was on point too ,thank you for leaving the recipe brother. AS always kick a$$ video.
I need to fly down and cook with Rus. Ricer Jax now Bryan. What a hoot that would be. lol Anyhow-. Awesome cook Rus. That press is sweet! That was some juicy sliced steak. Boy, I've seen a bunch of these Steak/Chicken Quesadilla recipes but this one seemed next level. Nice work brother!
Thank you Russ, I have my daughters engagement party coming up that I’m catering for, these will be on the menu as appetisers, peace out From Australia brother
Sorry, but as a Mexican I have to say that once you use any kind of oil to marinade your meat for "carne asada" it becomes something else. You do not use any kind of oil for carne asada, you want to keep the original flavor of your meat, oil will change that. Use beer, orange juice, lemon and salt (black pepper if you like), but no oil of any kind.
Man Oh Man, quesadillas are so fun to make and those look delishes. I'm gonna have to try this sauce so thanks for sharing. That plancha is impressive as well. As always great video Russ and I'm jealous of the Memphis in May trip hahaha.
