You can put cooked roast with some of the onion cooked with it in a food processor with dill pickles, some pickle juice, some juice from the roast, and some mayo. Blend well. I love it. Tastes like roast beef pate. This looks like baby food but super 😋 delicious. I love strong pickle flavor and find I can get that with less pickles by adding pickle juice. Love to use a little of onion cooked with the roast because it is not as harsh as raw onion. Can get away with less mayo and have more beef flavor by adding some of the roast juice from the pan. Can use this to stuff celery, as a dip, as a meal. Everyone I made it for loves it. People make it into a sandwich spread. You will be able to eat it with mouth surgery, dental work, I believe.
I had two crowns done a few weeks ago. First time. And they told me to put tooth paste on it and push it back in place and it would dry and hold it. Well first night home cracked one completly into pieces and called and they said as long as it did not hurt to not worry. It was fine for the 2 weeks to go back for the crowns.

Can you imagine if a doctor told an alcoholic not to quit drinking because it won't be sustainable. If your health depends on it anything is sustainable. I mean in all honesty, the current standard Western diet is the unsustainable diet if we plan on surviving as a species.
