    With this kind of diet, u will loose fat but most importantly u will loose muscle also which is def not good for your health. Start eating protein rich diet , and maybe join gym or do home workout, if u wanna loose weight.

    In order to shred kilos from body we must pay attention on right food proportion and diet only that’s how we can reduce weight in a healthy way. Cutoff sugar, fried food, bakery items,soda as such food contain very high calorie. rest you may stay on home cooked meals including rice,roti,dal sabzi, and add more protein and fiber as well as portion control is the key !!!

    First stop eating outside food. Drink fennel seed water in the morning. Thn hv poha or roti Sabzi n salad in brkfst. Mid snack -1 fruit. Lunch tym take roti dal Sabzi salad n dahi. Tk murmure or home made khakra bw4to 5 pm. Dinner again roti sbzi n salad. Stop sugar intake n sweets. Telling u my diet suggested by my dietician. ❤

    A nutritionist here , looking at your meals it looks like you are crash dieting DO NOT DO THAT it harms you in long run do it slow and steady whatever your maintaining calories are deficit it by 300 to 350 , try to add more protein and enough carbs and fibre , just a request

    Please follow Rujuta diwekar's tips for losing weight! What you're doing is incorrect! Nutrition matters a lot while losing weight. Eat after every 2 hours include 2 fruits a day just do portion control in whatever you eat. Hope this helps😊
