didnt know Gustavo was from Argentina until i saw this video 🙂 i am too! i miss the round zucchini! i used to make it with ground beef with rice and then top it with grated cheese. not anymore! we dont have this kind here in the USA 🙁

I so enjoy Gustavo's temperament, he seems like such a down to earth and kind individual, a kind spirit. I think some cooked, firm French lentils would be a great addition to Gustavos's roll, with perhaps on a silicon mat to roll it. FUN!

Can't wait to try this with an idea of using polenta instead of potatoes, make the filling with Italian seasonings, and drizzle a lovely marinara with mushrooms over the top. In my head it works, so I hope it will! Gustavo, we love you!
